2. conclusion of contract<\/h3>\n

\n By ordering a product on this website, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment by the supplier.\n <\/p>\n\n

3. scope of services<\/h3>\n

\n After receipt of payment, processing begins within 1-2 working days. The realisation usually takes place within 5 working days<\/strong>.\n An automated and manually checked analysis of your Google company profile is carried out based on publicly visible content.\n <\/p>\n

\n The focus is on the removal of 1 to 3-star ratings<\/strong>if they violate the platform's guidelines.\n In almost all cases, these can be successfully deleted - if they have not been commented on by the customer<\/strong>.\n If such comments have been made, the customer undertakes to remove these comments before placing the order.\n <\/p>\n

\n We expressly recommend that in future Only 4 or 5-star ratings<\/strong> to ensure the maximum erasure efficiency of our processes.\n <\/p>\n

\n We do not need access to your Google account for the implementation. The exact company name under which your company is listed on Google Business is sufficient.\n The correct spelling is a prerequisite for the work to be carried out to your complete satisfaction.\n <\/p>\n\n

4. refund and satisfaction guarantee<\/h3>\n

\n If the service is not provided as described, the customer is entitled to a full refund.\n The refund will be made simply to the original means of payment used.\n <\/p>\n\n

5 Prices and payment<\/h3>\n

\n All prices are net (excluding VAT), as the service is provided from Switzerland and is subject to VAT. Payment is made in advance.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n A review can only be removed if it demonstrably violates Google's guidelines. If Google refuses to remove a review despite our judgement,\n no further claim for rectification or liability arises from this.\n <\/p>\n\n
